Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company Secretariat Team by assisting with entity management and meeting APRA, ASIC, ACNC, and ASX obligations.
  • Coordinate and manage board meetings, including preparing agendas, template minutes, and distributing meeting papers.
  • Maintain up-to-date company records and statutory registers, following Company Secretariat processes and record-keeping systems.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on action items and assist in arranging travel, room setups, functions, and catering logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate on corporate governance projects and strengthen governance practices when opportunities arise.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company secretariat procedures and proofread documents for accuracy.
  • Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide professional support with a commitment to quality and timeliness.
  • Demonstrate compliance with relevant policies and legislation while continuously improving governance documentation.
