QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Aboriginality and demonstrated credibility within the Aboriginal community.
  • Understanding and demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal communities.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more the following areas is highly regarded: accounting and finance; legal, regulatory and governance; communications; and risk management.
  • Membership of any current or previous boards.
  • Formal qualifications and professional memberships.
