What You’ll Do
- Maintain work schedule
- Liaise between CUstomer Claim Specialists and body shop
- Prepare vehicle arrival
- WARP and CCC Administration arrival
- Communicate with customers and meet expectations
- Coordinate rental car and hand off
- Provide update on vehicle’s status, reorder material and supplies
- Review repair and delivery
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
- Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow industructions well
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Must be willing to train others
- Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
