What You’ll Do

  • Maintain work schedule
  • Liaise between CUstomer Claim Specialists and body shop
  • Prepare vehicle arrival
  • WARP and CCC Administration arrival
  • Communicate with customers and meet expectations
  • Coordinate rental car and hand off
  • Provide update on vehicle’s status, reorder material and supplies
  • Review repair and delivery
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry is a plus
  • Any certification in I-Car Australia is a plus
  • Valid driver’s licence and a good driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow industructions well
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Must be willing to train others
  • Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
