You will be flexible, self-driven and experienced in all back of house functions including preparation and cabinet; have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to work calmly under pressure. You would be required to learn the menu offerings, follow the Columbus recipes and assist in delivering the Chef specialist and daily salads. Interacting with staff in a professional and positive manner is a given.
