We are currently looking for a Booking Coordinator to join our team during the Summer 2024.
Steel House Copenhagen is one of the largest hostels in Europe with 1154 beds to fill every night. With a unique location overlooking the lakes in Copenhagen, and with a wide range of events and social facilities, Steel House Copenhagen offers everything a passionate traveller could wish for.
IS MULTITASKING ONE OF YOUR SUPERPOWERS?
When working at Steel House Copenhagen, you need to be comfortable taking ownership of many varied tasks. With a buzzy reception and a bar that can welcome up to 1,000 guests every day, your main task is to ensure that bottlenecks are eliminated and handled, and that your colleagues can focus on creating that unique atmosphere.
As a Booking Coordinator you will, among others, have the following tasks:
- Answering emails and phone calls (the phone rings a lot…)
- Helping guests make the right choice based on their needs and reason for staying with us
- Assign rooms and beds
- Handling and organising group enquiries
- Varying daily tasks in the booking department
- Ensuring guests are already looking forward to their stay before arrival.
The position is a fixed-term part-time position of 90 hours, from 1 June to 30 September 2024.
