Description:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • At least 3 years proven experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping.
  • Strong understanding of payroll legislation and requirements.
  • Experience with AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

OTHER DUTIES

  • End of month duties including expense accruals & prepayments.
  • P&L and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and the Asset related GL accounts.
  • Ensure all aspects of the finance department’s systems and process are being
    followed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
