Description:
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- At least 3 years proven experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and requirements.
- Experience with AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
OTHER DUTIES
- End of month duties including expense accruals & prepayments.
- P&L and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and the Asset related GL accounts.
- Ensure all aspects of the finance department’s systems and process are being
followed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
