MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric (any relevant tertiary certificate would be an advantage).
- Minimum 1 -3 years experience in a similar role.
- Computer skills are a necessity, especially Microsoft Excel (Basic formulas).
- Effective administration and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Capturing of invoices and credit notes.
- Processing of General Journals.
- Data processing, capturing, and reporting.
- Debtor/ Creditor control, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payments.
- General office administration.
- Coordinate Health & Safety audits.
