Description:

Seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our esteemed digital agency in the UK. With a minimum of three years’ experience in bookkeeping, your expertise will be invaluable to our operations. You must possess an in-depth understanding of bookkeeping principles and a proven ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records. Proficiency in both Excel and Xero is essential, as you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company using Xero
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements
  • Monitor and track company expenses
  • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments
  • Maintaining accurate company ledgers
  • Administer daily cashflow
  • Debtors Management.
  • Use Excel and other tools to streamline financial procedures and administration.Ad hoc duties as required by the management team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Must possess high-level skills in Excel, particularly in using advanced functions and pivot tables in Excel. (Mandatory Skill)
  • Experience working with Xero would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
