Description:

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director and working in this broad and varied role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Responsible for managing a small payroll
  • Reconciliations of Bank statements, Balance Sheet and General Ledger
  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements
  • Month-end Reporting
  • Manage the company fleet, registration renewals, fuel and credit cards
  • Run weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Assistance with co-ordination of tradeshows & other events
  • Create sales order and quotes - spare parts
  • Assist with the creation of warehouse documents – Sales orders, delivery notes, purchase orders
  • Maintain order flow to and from warehouse
  • Arrange dispatch dockets and consignment notes
  • Other general administrative ad-hoc tasks as require

To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:

  • Previous experience in a similar position working across a broad variety of functions within finance and administration
  • Ability to run a small payroll and provide administrative support to the sales team when needed
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft packages
  • Strong Communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MYO
