Description:
Reporting into Managing Director, you will be responsible for keeping company accounts up to date and liaising with management on overdue accounts.

KEY SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills are essential
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Accounting Technician qualification is an advantage

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Balance financial records, managing checks, credit card receipts, and Direct Debit mandates.
- Create monthly reports on aging debts, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare and send out customer statements and invoices by mail or email.
- Coordinate with other departments to address unpaid invoices and make necessary credit note changes.
- Handle courteous yet firm communication with debtors about overdue payments through letters, calls, and discussions.
- Resolve customer account questions, including those related to credit notes.
- Work with managers, colleagues, and clients for financial management and audits.
- Compile monthly lists of outstanding debts and mid-month summaries of aging accounts, providing valuable data for management review.
- Assist with additional tasks like office support, phone management, and customer inquiries.
