Robert Half is currently partnering with one of our public accounting clients in Monmouth County for a Quickbooks Desktop Bookkeeper. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for accuracy in financial record-keeping, we want to hear from you.

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
Prepare and record journal entries.
Conduct monthly trial balance reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
Collaborate with the accounting team to support various financial projects and tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
