Robert Half is partnering with a firm servicing the Healthcare industry located in O’Fallon IL who is hiring a Bookkeeper. In this role, the Bookkeeper will perform and oversee all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll duties and operations. The bookkeeper will process approximately 50 AP invoices per month, process Payroll for 80-90 employees one time per month (ADP and QuickBooks) and perform Billing , Cash Applications and follow up on past due accounts. our client is seeking an individual with 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience, QuickBooks and ADP software experience is highly desired, and the ability to work independently and communicate well with clients. Our client is offering an excellent starting salary, a full benefits package including a 401K matching plan, great time off policy, and a hybrid work schedule.
