There’s an exciting opportunity for an established Bookkeeper through Robert Half at a growing firm. Strong social skills and a collaborative work style are a must for this position. How you will make an impact

• Preside over and review general ledger
• Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
• Settle accounts by reconciling entries
• Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
• Review payments received and record deposits
• Prior experience working with accounting software
• Strong familiarity with billing
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
• Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
