This Bookkeeper role will be located just outside of Greenville, South Carolina area and will be a permanent position. In this Bookkeeper role, you will handle reconciliation, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Furthermore, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. Apply for this role today!
Your responsibilities
- Retain a general ledger
- Organize sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Produce cash flow projections, as needed
- Capable in credit card management and reconciliation
- Plan monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Operate monthly accounting close
- Iron out subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Supplementary assignments when necessary
- Experience with Accounts Receivable
- Look after Accounts Payable
- Review monthly accounting close
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Foundational knowledge in Full Cycle Payroll
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proven knowledge of MRI Software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
- Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Self-starter and strong ethical standards
