Description:
We are a multifaceted CPA firm with 11 offices across the Pacific Northwest providing financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have partnered with wealth advisors and estate attorneys to create Coordinated Financial Care service for our clients. The coordinator position will be responsible for providing office support, while providing clerical tasks such as light bookkeeping duties of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for select clients and payroll. Confidentiality, efficient time management, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential qualifications for this position, as is the ability to communicate clearly.
Potential Duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the bookkeeping and payroll teams
- Manage department workflow by being the initial contact for department via email/phone
- Entering QBO monthly billing into in Project Management System
- Maintain an accurate and organized file system
- Assist manger with admin portion of partner requests
- Create engagement letter for new clients and process their set up
- Manage Project Management System for task set up and spelling errors
- Pull bookkeepers time for review
- Provide light bookkeeping duties
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable for select clients, this may include minimal travel
- Process initial review for tax bookkeeping projects
- Scanning, filing, and bank deposits
