THE ROLE:

As a Boutique Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our client’s beautiful South Perth Boutique. Your passion for styling and dedication to exceptional customer service will set the standard for the entire team. You will take pride in upholding strong visual merchandising standards and ensuring that every customer experience is memorable.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Management experience, ideally in fashion apparel
• A keen eye for detail and a love of fashion styling
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and coach staff effectively
• An in-depth understanding of KPIs and financial reports
• A nurturing, individual, and caring approach to customers and the team
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• The ability to drive profitability through sales analysis and strategic plannin
