Galway Plant and Tool Hire (GPT) is a one of Ireland’s largest and most successful plant and commercial vehicle hire specialists. We have 8 branches nationwide, serving the needs of both public and private sector customers. GPT is part of The Briggs Equipment Group, a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
We currently have a new opportunity based in Limerick as a Branch Administrator to provide integral administrative support to our depot team.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

  • Supporting the depot with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct team member/department
  • Matching purchase orders to correct invoice paperwork.
  • Maintaining an organised filling system
  • Keeping an efficient purchase costing database
