THE OPPORTUNITY
Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized Branch Coordinator to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- At least one year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline is considered an asset

Responsibilities:
As a Branch Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, collecting pertinent information, and transferring customers to the right contact as needed
- Safety administration and document filing
- Working with management across departments by supporting with administrative tasks as assigned
- Assisting visitors to the branch, including customers, delivery drivers, and vendors
- Dispatch service tasks to Field Technicians
