THE OPPORTUNITY

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized Branch Coordinator to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • At least one year of related experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

As a Branch Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls, collecting pertinent information, and transferring customers to the right contact as needed
  • Safety administration and document filing
  • Working with management across departments by supporting with administrative tasks as assigned
  • Assisting visitors to the branch, including customers, delivery drivers, and vendors
  • Dispatch service tasks to Field Technicians
