REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College graduate desirable.
• Superb member service orientation.
• Proven leadership experience with individuals and teams.
• Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
