ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager and people leader with a strong passion for business development, to join our team at this exciting time of growth and alignment. You will lead and manage retail banking operations for the branch, while spearheading our brand’s growth within the wider community. Your responsibilities will include promoting brand recognition through strategic campaigns and partnerships, ensuring exceptional member experiences, and identifying and nurturing new opportunities within the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make banking easy for our members and ensure exceptional member experiences within your branch.
• Manage branch performance and strategic development, fostering relationships within the wider Retail division.
• Coach your team to identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding member service.
• Develop and implement business and marketing campaign plans.
• Drive and motivate your team to achieve retention and referral targets for specialized advice areas, including financial planning.
• Maintain key relationships within our organisation and local community, championing People First Bank’s initiatives and brand.
