Description:

You’re an experienced Branch Manager from the tyre industry with knowledge of commercial (truck) and retail. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, you’ll have:

  • A proven and recent record in management
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience of building exceptional customer relationships
  • Experience of maximising sales whilst optimising customer satisfaction
  • Experience of developing a team
  • Experience of budgeting and managing KPIs
  • Inventory management experience
  • Experience of managing compliance across Health and Safety and Company procedures
  • Supported continuous improvement in a previous role
  • Experience of managing and reviewing resources, extending from assets to your team
