ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic individual to lead our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing all aspects of Dixon’s Edmonton branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of the branch operations including customer service, shipping/receiving, and product inventory
- Establishing and directing operational procedures
- Ensuring operational efficiencies, targets, performance, and profitability
- Ensuring branch operations uphold exceptional customer service and managing a team of dedicated professionals
- Promoting company brand and reputation
- Supporting outside sales team
- Meeting or exceeding company policies, health and safety standards, and statutory compliance
- Contributing to change management initiatives within the organization
