Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of management experience in the financial services industry

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

• Follow policies and procedures to minimize risk
• Manage a team of 3 Universal Bankers, including biweekly approval of direct reports’ timecards and proactive management of their planned and unplanned time off
• Preserve the bank’s community culture by actively engaging with all customers and providing excellent customer service

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Introduce and sell bank products
• Inform customers of relevant self-service options, to better meet their financial needs
