QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
- Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
