We are looking for a talented Regional Branch Manager to join our team in Townsville, Queensland.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Manages the day-to-day operations for our 3 branches Townsville, Mt Isa and Cairns
  • Full accountability for creating and maintaining Right Work Environment,
  • Leading sustained growth through the provision of world-class sales and support for an enviable on-highway, off-highway, power generation, mining and marine customer base whilst ensuring best in class operational efficiency
  • Building and promoting a team environment that works collaboratively.
  • Responsible for all functions and financial metrics for the group of branches.
  • Identify improvements and encourage an innovative culture.
  • Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plan; develops and maintains business relationships with customers and develops new business partners and alliances for the business segment or small geography.
  • Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
  • Drive growth in your area by having strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and managed accordingly

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience / knowledge within diesel and alternative fuel engines and generators industry
  • A proven strong team leader with a business development mindset that can lead a diverse team to safely meet business objectives.
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service to customers across a diverse region and customer base.
  • Dedicated to building the ‘Right Work Environment’, including a focus on Health, Safety and Environment
