We are looking for a Branch Manager at our Winter Park Village location. This position is responsible for training, coaching and mentoring employees, as well as providing member service and business development. Base compensation starts at $76,000/year and is based on experience, total compensation includes performance based incentive.

EDUCATION

• Associates or better

• Oversee all functional areas of the branch. Responsible for monitoring and overseeing daily operations and assisting where needed to ensure that member and crewmember needs are met.
• Manage all aspects related to branch crewmembers which includes staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Ensure member service standards are consistently met within the branch and fosters an environment that demonstrates the FAIRWINDS Way.
• Responsible for business development of the market area to achieve credit union goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate involvement in the community to strengthen Credit Union public relations and external business development activities.
• Monitor and develop branch portfolio to enhance member relationships and to meet branch scorecard objectives.
• Develop and monitor business loan strategies for new and existing relationships to meet targeted goals.
• Responsible for strategic planning within the branch which includes monitoring growth, profitability, budgeting, and completion of business/action plans.
• Ensure safety and soundness of the branch, members, and the adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
