Salary:
Up to £40,000 annum (depending on experience) + Bonus + £5k Car Allowance

As a Branch Manager based in Tower Hamlets, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 3 colleagues with a clear focus on maximising the customer experience.
  • Setting and cascading appropriate targets to the branch team and ensuring effective processes are in place.
  • Building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Overseeing daily branch operations, with full accountability for KPIs, sales and margin, cost control and P&L.

  • Plumbing and Heating industry experience
  • Previous Supervisory/Management experience
  • High attention to detail, quality and standards
  • Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office.
