To support our growth plans, an opportunity now exists for a proven operations leader to take charge of our North Harbour site. Leading a team of c.100 staff and contractors, and a multi-million-dollar budget, you will be responsible for driving continued high delivery service standards and superior customer service across our North Harbour, Warkworth and Silverdale customer base.
The role will be responsible for driving a culture of success within our North Harbour branch team, while planning for the expected and unexpected – and ensuring our continued operational and financial success at our flagship North Harbour branch.
