    An opportunity exists for an experienced Branch Supervisor for our Auburn Branch in Sydney, NSW.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role involves everything from counter and phone sales to inventory/Warehouse management and ensuring the smooth running of operations in the branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Organise the daily receipt, storage, and despatch of goods.
  • Counter sales support and customer service.
  • Supervision of branch staff.
  • Preparation of reports.
  • Monitoring the day-to-day running of the branch in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure compliance in OHS Legislation.

Essential criteria of this role:

  • Warehousing Experience.
  • Proven track record in a supervisory role.
  • High level organisational and communication skills.
  • Physically fit.
  • Ability to deliver Customer Value Proposition.

This position is ideal for someone who has managed a small team of personnel and is very “hands on” in style. You will be able to learn technical product easily, communicate and relate to the Trade, prioritise, and juggle work commitments, and have a very “customer centric” attitude. You must have a forklift licence and be IT literate.
