Responsibilities:
A full time role working 40 hours per week, based in St Mary’s NSW and reporting to the Branch Manager; you will be responsible for daily supervision and training of our Scaffold branch and its team.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead, train and develop your Scaffold team members
- Working closely with the operations team to coordinate and plan daily/weekly installations and dismantle schedules for crew
- Compliance and safety, ensuring support for day to day technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Planning equipment maintenance and repairs schedule
- You will find yourself ‘on the tools’ and in the office in this fast paced role
