As Brand Activations Lead, you will get the opportunity to work as part of a fast paced and diverse team. You will get exposure to Clients and internal stakeholders and work with the Loyalty, Marketing, Trading and E-Commerce Teams. Working as part of the team you will support in the day to day management of Supplier Media based activities, ensuring all media assets are on time and to specification. Working alongside Client Solutions Lead and Analytics Lead to understand how key activities ensure Clients to make informed decisions on how to drive their brand objectives, and which mechanic best suits their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review supplier artwork to ensure that dimensions and formatting are correct.
  • Review supplier content to ensure that it is aligned with internal guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure that artwork submission deadlines are adhered to by Clients.
  • Liaise with E-Commerce and Marketing functions to ensure that campaign activity goes ahead as planned.
  • Advise on artwork to create impactful content and maximize campaign results.
  • Provide assistance on any queries that clients may have.
  • Work closely with Client Leads to ensure that all bookings are captured and delivered in line with internal deadlines.
  • Liaise with Trading functions to ensure that any promotions submitted are valid for the relevant period.
  • Manage Till Screen updates.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate activity.
  • Attend Brand planning meeting and Client Reviews
  • Guide Clients on artwork, amendments, and guidelines
  • Ensure deadlines are adhered to.
  • Help Clients on queries and requests.
  • Understand what each activity is for to guide Clients when booking activity.
  • Ensure checks are complete to ensure products submitted are on plan and in line with guidelines.
