Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading the residential marketing strategy for Seeley International whilst rolling up your sleeves and making it happen. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement across all their residential product categories. You’ll also be the customer experience (CX) champion, ensuring a seamless journey for both dealers and end-users.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the residential marketing and promotional plan to support the achievement of sales targets and market share goals.
- Create effective brand communication strategies across online and offline channels.
- Manage and track the performance of marketing activities, media agencies and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create engaging content to drive awareness and advocacy for our technologies and brands.
- Initiate the development of online customer experience processes and marketing communications.
- Oversee residential dealer events and ensure strong relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for new product development.
- Manage marketing budgets and identify opportunities for investment.
- Lead and mentor a direct report.
