We are now looking for Brand & Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group!
The Brand & Marketing Manager is part of a network of Marketing, Content, PR and Social Media activators across Radisson Hotel Group responsible for elevating a cluster of hotels within CESEE through innovative social-first content generation and strong partnerships, engaging the local community, influencers and KOLs.

Tasks

  • Develop and execute global brand strategies, adapting them for diverse markets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate international campaigns, ensuring consistency and relevance across all markets.
  • Translate and implement HQ strategies across regions, optimizing them for local effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a network of Field Marketing Activation Managers to create impactful content for each area.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate brand messaging across all channels and teams.
  • Analyze market trends and campaign performance to drive ongoing optimization and innovation.
  • Be the brand representative to ensure all hotels in the cluster are on-brand and content produced is brand compliant including digital presence

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Marketing, Branding, Social Media as well as first experiences in PR
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Experience using tools for Social Media Management (e.g. Spinklr)
  • Digital Marketing expert
  • A creative mindset with a clear understanding of what makes great content
  • Strong attention to detail – a belief that details really matter
  • Digitally savvy
  • Positive energy
  • Highly collaborative and able to work together with different departments
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills with ability to navigate competing priorities and work for multiple hotels and stakeholders
