A and Brand and Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside the central Markets & Clients team leads, and Brand, content and digital team to support the efficiency, and effectiveness and development of our team. As a centralised team supporting many areas of the business it is critical that our systems, processes and guidelines are constantly challenged and updated to protect and enhance our brand internally and externally.

A look into the role

As a Brand and Marketing Operations Manager within our central Markets & Clients team you will:

  • Support the CMO, and brand and content team, on the Firm’s brand governance, managing the usage of our brand and its assets in the market. Ensuring the business has consistent access to our assets including our people photography process and auditing of the process.
  • Work closely with our digital, content and design leads and teams, bringing their teams together to collaborate around our brand and go to market strategy.
  • Maintain our brand tracking activity working closely with third parties on briefing and updating on our needs aligning to our business strategy, and our CX and EX programmes.
  • Manage the Content Marketing Platform, ensuring value is delivered through the system, identifying pain points, and driving solutions to ensure efficiencies. This includes including implementing guidance and providing training to ensure all the capabilities of the system are understood and utilised. You’ll have the support of the CMP and the marketing teams to ensure clear quarterly planning is in place to identify peaks and troughs in resource requirements in our central teams.
  • Work with the team to ensure compliance with the firm’s ethical, risk, regulatory and legal standards and policies are operationalised in our processes. This includes the coordination of our list of multiple suppliers and contracts. You’ll also oversee management of the Markets and Clients Risk Register and Resilience plans. Ownership of our GDPR approach for marketing alongside our digital marketing lead
  • Develop and sustain governance of our Markets and Clients’ policies and procedures, supporting the team to follow best practice and identifying recurring pain points, structure problems, and work with the relevant team to drive to collaborative solutions.

Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Brand and Marketing Operations Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is a marketing qualification i.e. CIM Diploma or Post-Graduate Diploma or appropriate equivalent professional qualification or relevant brand/marketing operations experience.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience working within B2B or professional services marketing
  • Good communication and influencing skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to self-manage and undertake multiple tasks/ assignments with potentially competing deadlines
  • Working knowledge of analysis, and measuring ROI and success of marketing initiatives
