Are you an experienced branding leader looking to guide the image of a successful in-house brand? Join us as Brand and Packaging Director to manage the implementation of Uline’s private brand. Uline’s Creative department is a powerhouse of over 150 team members who execute visuals on tight deadlines with consistent brand clarity!

Position Responsibilities
- Oversee Uline’s brand implementation on private label products, which account for over 60% of our 40,000+ product offerings.
- Manage and develop a team of private label team associates and brand designers.
- Coordinate with product managers on project specifications for product, packaging and label design.
- Establish strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.
- Manage the maintenance, reporting and review of private label product data.
- Proofread artwork, instruction sheets, parts diagrams and other technical documents.
- Obtain artwork approvals by collaborating with management, including Uline’s President.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or product / project management.
- Experience in packaging, material handling or office supplies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with knowledge of Access, AS400 or other database experience.
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations or vendors as needed.
