Snowdrop is a powerful game engine that enables Ubisoft content creators to set their creative minds free. Fast and flexible, Snowdrop gives developers innovative tools designed from the ground up for creating the unknown. Snowdrop provides the perfect canvas for game developers to paint the games of the future.
We are looking for a Brand & Communications Coordinator for Snowdrop who will play a big part in shaping the global brand and communications of our Snowdrop game engine. You will work in close collaboration with all Snowdrop studios in other countries to ensure that the brand is used in the correct way for both internal and external material. To support the brand strategy and ensure execution and deadlines to increase brand awareness you will together with Snowdrop Communication Manager build campaigns. You will also be a project manager coordinating all the graphic and video production together with the creative team. You will be reporting to Senior PR and Communications Manager.
Your role is to develop campaigns that support the project vision and goals in collaboration with Community & Communications Manager, and work with different stakeholders to lead the cross-functional teams in the execution of those plans. But also, to support with internal communications, community activities and internal events.
You are responsible for coordinating all graphic and moving content with the creative content team, both internally and externally to ensure that they are produced in line with Snowdrop branding guidelines and must keep an oversight on how these assets are produced and portrayed across the global organization.

  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in roles related to marketing and communications.
  • Strong content creation abilities.
  • Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends, brand awareness and competitor activity, and making sure these are represented in the product brand strategy.
  • Support Community & Communications Manager with internal communications strategy, community activities and internal events to engage our employees.
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
  • Overseeing and adapting all graphic and video asset creations to ensure brand implementation.
  • Ensuring that all messaging and communication activities are aligned with brand values.
  • Work with the brand merchandise strategy to help engage our community in new and innovative ways.
  • Create brand assets for all external and internal needs (recruitment ads, roll-ups for game jams and conference walls etc).
