Stokke has experienced considerable international growth through our strategic approach of acquiring products and brands. Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute the overall communication strategy for the Stokke Move category.
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform briefs, regional marketing plans, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Plan and budget for asset/campaign development in coordination with Innovation’s project board and Product Management.

Brand Communication:

  • Own brand activities including campaigns, collaborations, and new services, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with content teams, regional marketing, ecommerce, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Implement and govern global brand guidelines across all touchpoints internally and externally.

PR and Marketing:

  • Manage global PR activities including consumer and product PR, press releases, and content distribution.
  • Develop and update PR kits, manage agency relationships, and ensure PR content aligns with brand messaging.

Content Production:

  • Lead and coordinate projects for brand and product communication development, from briefing agencies to delivery of marketing assets.
  • Oversee communication concept development, go-to-market planning, production coordination, and content creation for various channels.

Budget Management:

  • Own communication budget related to campaigns/assets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Drive synergies within categories and across the brand to ensure consistency and coherence in communication efforts.

Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver impactful communication campaigns.
