ABOUT THE JOB

Our Professional Products Division provides hair care and hair colour products and services to salons across Australia. Our brands include Kerastase, L’Oreal Professionnel, Redken, Shu Uemura, Pureology and Matrix. We partner with hairdressing salons, offering products made from the best technologies and offer superior training which is at the forefront of trends.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Shape the strategic direction and 3-year marketing plan for your category.
  • Oversee the product portfolio, including launches, renewals, and core product management.
  • Local Market Activation:
  • Develop and execute impactful local events in collaboration with sales and education teams.
  • Tailor ANZ hub initiatives to resonate with the local market.
  • Trade Marketing & Sales:
  • Partner with the ANZ hub to create targeted trade marketing plans for key clients (e.g., Rodney Wayne, Synergy, Vivo, Kess).
  • Collaborate on salon-specific strategies to drive color, retail, and customer acquisition.
  • Ecommerce & Digital:
  • Work closely with the NZ digital team on local ecommerce growth initiatives.
  • Adapt communication materials (imagery, digital, POS) for the local market.
  • Insights & Analysis:
  • Gather and analyze consumer and market data, sharing findings to inform product development.
  • Campaign Execution & Brand Stewardship:
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns (IMC, 360, digital, retail) with a localized approach.
  • Manage media plans, promotions, and marketing budget.
  • Ensure all activities align with brand identity and purpose.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships:
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments (sales, logistics, education) and external agencies.
