YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

  • Education: College/university degree or corresponding education/on-the-job training in design, marketing or communications.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience of working with design development and brand management, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • The work requires good interpersonal skills, where good business relationships both internally and externally are key. Furthermore, you are result-oriented and structured, with attention to detail, and you have experience of working in large organizations.
  • This position requires fluency in English and in one of the Nordic languages.

Responsibilities:

As a Brand Coordinator at NCC, you will be responsible for running, maintaining, and developing our brand platform. Your role will be key in ensuring brand consistency and supporting various brand-related activities. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure our brand message and visual appearance is consistent and engaging across all channels.
This includes consulting, training, coordination of sign-off process for brand management queries, planning and production lead of various brand activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Brand management; running, maintaining and developing areas such as visual identity guidelines, brand support, training and consultation for brand usage consistency.
  • Governance of brand-building images in NCC Mediabank
  • Maintenance and development of NCC Brand Store and the assortment of brand items and giveaways
  • Production lead of brand communication activities
  • Coordination and support of events
  • Maintenance of existent brand vendor network and introducing new vendors to NCC brand platform

You will be part of the Brand Operations & Group Projects team, within Group Communications. This is a Nordic function where you will work closely together with colleagues in Communications departments across NCC as well as other key stakeholders in the organization regarding brand management and activities.
