We’re searching for a passionate and driven Brand Designer to join our growing team. You’ll play an instrumental role in shaping how we’re perceived, crafting unique and impactful creative that sets the standard across channels for our world-class brand. Expect to work on everything from brand campaigns, product launches and blogs to presentations, social media and design systems. We set a high quality bar so we’re looking for someone with initiative, great attention to detail and out-of-the-box problem solving skills. You’ll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas and be a part of a close-knit team that’s constantly improving and evolving our brand to deliver the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand marketing creative. Collaborate with the brand and wider marketing team to create and execute global campaigns and initiatives.
  • Brand design systems. Work closely with the creative director, designers, and marketers to develop and evolve Dovetail’s brand identity, guidelines, and design systems.
  • Cross-functional design support. Partner with teams across the business from product to sales to deliver targeted content, assets, and kits.
  • Brand assets. Produce and maintain branded assets such as marketing materials, social media creative, blog visuals, presentations, swag and more.
  • Taste-making. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, experiment with new methods and solutions, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Brand and product alignment. Coordinate with the product design team to ensure a consistent brand experience across internal and external channels.
