BASE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Communication Designer (preferably in a design agency).
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with a proactive and motivated approach to work.
• Fluency in German (native or proficient) and proficient in English.
• A team player with a positive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm for holistic brand development and a keen understanding of brands, trends, and creative processes.
• A growth mindset with a strong connection to the startup mentality.
• High standards for quality and a knack for proactive problem-solving

As a Brand Designer (f/m/d) at Circus, you will play a pivotal role within our Brand Team, collaborating closely with the Brand Design Lead, contribute to the development and enhancement of Circus Group Consumer Brands across various digital and physical touchpoints. This role requires a strong conceptual thinker who can translate ideas into compelling visual narratives, ultimately contributing to the realization of our vision of “Fueling Humanity.”
