Responsibilities:

You’re a growing leader of a highly productive and creative brand development team, charged with building economic value and inspiring loyalty in the Bozzuto brand. You foster alignment with your internal and external clients by being the strategic voice of the Bozzuto consumer. You bring your passion for branding to the work that you do every day. You contribute to a team that creates strategic and innovative brands that support community leasing with impactful active new development launch plans. You are obsessed with understanding Bozzuto’s consumer mindset and strive to create extraordinary experiences for customers and team members alike.

As Brand Development Manager, your primary responsibilities include,

  • Managing your own portfolio of assets through the brand development and launch process from the construction phase through opening and lease-up
  • Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Brand Development to ensure the deliverables for each community’s brand are delivered on time (and within budget) and adhere to Bozzuto’s brand standards of quality, excellence, and fair housing guidelines
  • Leading agency selection and providing creative direction throughout branding process to develop original positioning, visual identity, and digital strategies that set each property apart from its competition
  • Crafting and effectively executing launch plans that introduce a new property to market that take into account submarket nuances in order to deliver needed lead volume, contribute to the creation of extraordinary experiences, and support customer acquisition and retention goals
  • Partnering with operations to recommend and implement marketing and programming strategies that are best suited to meet the goals of our clients and exceed the expectations of our customers
  • Supporting the lease-up of the asset upon launch by providing timely and accurate budgets and marketing performance reports that clearly demonstrate program effectiveness, benchmarks and opportunities
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, loyal relationships with all constituents— owners, team members, internal customers, and vendors
  • Support business development initiatives by participating in client presentations in existing and emerging markets the company serves
  • Inspiring the professional growth and development of fellow team members
  • Inspiring a culture of innovation and creativity within the team that leads to award-winning work both within and outside the industry
  • Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the core values and culture of Bozzuto
