We’re looking for a Brand Experiential Manager to help build Revolut’s brand globally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing experiential marketing strategies that align with the overall brand goals and objectives
  • Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps for each activation
  • Overseeing the execution of events, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet brand standards
  • Collaborating with creative agencies, production companies, and other vendors to bring experiential campaigns to life
  • Managing relationships with external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on objectives, and timely delivery of services
  • Evaluating and selecting vendors based on their ability to deliver innovative solutions and quality outcomes
  • Developing and managing budgets for experiential marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
  • Monitoring and controlling expenditures to stay within budget, and reporting on financial performance
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise impact and ROI within the allocated budget
  • Defining success metrics and KPIs for each activation to measure impact and effectiveness
  • Conducting post-event analysis to assess performance against objectives and identifying areas for improvement
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on campaign outcomes and insights to senior management
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of experiential campaigns, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
  • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing
  • Seeking out new and creative ways to enhance brand engagement through innovative experiences
  • Driving the development of new ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of traditional marketing

What you’ll need

  • A proven track record in experiential marketing campaigns and/or large-scale event management
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic frameworks for experiential initiatives
  • Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success
  • Impressive project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient solutions
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendor, and stakeholders
