Description:

DESCRIPTION

As a Brand Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create visually compelling assets that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand messaging. This role requires a hands-on brand graphic designer with a combination of creative flair, strategic thinking , and attention to detail to ensure consistency and coherence in all brand communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience 6+ years working as a designer in a branding or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in UX/UI and website design, showcasing expertise in creating intuitive user experiences and visually compelling digital interfaces (websites).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and demonstrating a strong grasp of branding concepts.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
  • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to logos, packaging, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns that effectively communicate our brand values and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, branding, and marketing to continually enhance our brand identity.
  • Conduct design research and gather insights to inform design decisions and strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide design support for various internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of visual content for events, websites, trade shows, and other brand activations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized design projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes and workflows related to design and branding.
