Description:

CRUCIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record in brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Previous experience in CVRM, Neurology or rare disease is a plus.
  • Proficient analytical skills to identify actionable insights and develop tailored solutions to address the gaps in the ATTR treatment pathway.
  • The ability to identify patient and customer needs and co-create solutions with key partners.
  • You are a strong communicator and like to set a good example as a motivator and standout colleague with excellent presentation skills.
  • You are an innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Ideally you have experience in working at global level or collaboration with regional teams and have an understanding of the drug development lifecycle, commercial as well as market access aspects.
  • Problem solving & solution oriented; Safe handling of complex tasks; Critical and quick thinking; Decision-making agility; and results oriented with cross-functional teamwork as strong foundation.
  • Influencing skills and stakeholder management cross-functionally and at various seniority level
  • Languages: proficient in German and English and French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a brand lead for this position, you will play a pivotal role in leading pre-launch and launch activities for our ground breaking therapy for ATTR patients. This role involves orchestrating annual brand strategic planning, coordinating the execution of the operational plan cross-functionally, and staying informed about market conditions.
The Brand Lead will work closely with internal and external partners to drive the launch strategy, optimize brand positioning, and improve brand impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy and tactical plans for the launch, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and effectively addresses the unique needs of ATTR patients.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including, market access, medical affairs, sales, and other relevant partners to ensure a unified approach to the launch. Including (but not restricted to) disease awareness activities, promotional materials, educational events, patient support programs and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand the treatment landscape, identify unmet needs, and use insights to improve brand strategy and see opportunities.
  • Lead all aspects of the execution of launch activities, including promotional materials, market access strategies, and sales force readiness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to gain valuable insights into their needs and development of more relevant and effective solutions that address their challenges.
  • Handle the brand budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support launch activities.
  • Ensure that all launch activities meet regulatory and compliance guidelines, working closely with legal and regulatory affairs to mitigate risks and maintain high ethical standards.
