THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Berufsakademie)
  • Job experience of min 4+ years Brand Management/Product Management in extremely competitive, fast moving FMCG environment Industry: Branded Consumer Goods companies which use TV media. (Laundry / Food / Personal Care /Surface Care etc)
  • Managing the brand P&L and budget
  • Experience of Concept development.
  • Creative campaign & copy development experience
  • Experience and familiarity with market research and analysis tools (Nielsen data / concept testing methods)
  • Strong financial & analytical acumen
  • Strong communicator - in English and German - capable of building strong working relationships
