Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of marketing objectives, plans & engaging events programs to drive growth and brand awareness in Australia & New Zealand. With a passion for all things beauty, you will manage delivery of a seamless customer journey, strategically and creatively plan and build strong programs, and lead discussions with key stakeholders to ultimately achieve strategic category targets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Plan and implement the marketing strategy, including developing the marketing calendar and launching plans to contribute to the brand’s objectives and goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth roll out of product launches and timely arrival of all assets
- Create and execute customer-centric vision that drives brand/consumer relationship and market share
- Align marketing and communication materials with brand image and global guidelines
- Create and drive your portfolio’s project timelines to promote communication, collaboration and provide stakeholder visibility & accountability
- Consistently execute programs on time, ensuring all key milestone development dates & promotion timelines are met.
- Responsible for the input of all your portfolio’s seasonal promotions & launches into relevant marketing and budgeting files
- Prepare and present your portfolio’s marketing programs at strategy meetings, conferences, and ad-hoc meetings
- Assist in the overall formulation of the Promotional Budget
- Ongoing management of promotional expenditure for your portfolio
- Achieve KPIs for your portfolio including sales, profitability, market share, promotional & co-op spend, new product performance, product SKU management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales Admin teams to manage all promotional stock/launch, data integrity, and monthly forecasting for products, launches, and promotions
- Deliver post-launch evaluation analysis and monitor and report on market, competition, and consumer trends
- Interface with BAs/sales force and visits stores on a periodic basis to support analysis reporting.
