We’re currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow our Oral Nutrition Supplement portfolio alongside the senior brand manager. As the Lead, you’ll be accountable for achieving commercial objectives and executing marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns for both healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Use in depth knowledge of brand positioning and insights to execute brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns
  • Spearhead digital transformation, collaborate on ATL/BTL initiatives, and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement
  • Develop robust brand strategies based on consumer insights, observations, and commercial performance to drive growth in the Adult Health Care Nutrition space.
  • Take ownership of the execution of the marketing calendar, including campaign brief development, creative & media plan evaluation, & continuous optimisation.
  • Lead projects related to NPD and the innovation pipeline
  • Conduct monthly performance tracking for the brandto identify key drivers for the business.
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as maintain strong working relationships with external agencies
