WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help us build our brand, manage events and provide ongoing support to business stakeholders. You’ll work across all levels and functions of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world in addition to end-to-end event management (online and in-person).

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Strategic Vision: A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on long-term opportunities and emerging trends.
Governance: Support, maintain and develop governance strategies across the Group.
Brand Analysis & Insight: Dive deep into brand positioning and consumer insights to fuel informed decision-making.
Visionary Communication: Articulate and broadcast our brand’s vision and mission effectively across diverse channels.
Transform Brand Elements: Develop actionable plans and go-to-market strategies from brand components.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of passionate marketers, fostering growth and nurturing talent for future expansion.
Creative Leadership: Spearhead creative development to inspire our audience into meaningful engagement and action.
Market Monitoring: Stay vigilant of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors’ activities to drive informed strategies.
Campaign Oversight: Manage both ongoing and new marketing/advertising activities to ensure brand consistency and impact.
Research & Opportunity Identification: Drive research initiatives, analyze findings, and identify growth opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Budget Management: Set, oversee, and manage brand budgets to maximize ROI and ensure resource optimization.
Dynamic Communication Strategies: Develop and manage comprehensive brand communication strategies across various media platforms.
Brand Narrative Ownership: Craft, refine, and propagate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our audience.
Campaign Management: Create, execute, and oversee marketing programs and campaigns to drive brand success.
