Location: Bogotá, Colombia
Type of contract: Permanent
Tequila Don Julio is a brand with the highest growth globally and the most loved brand in Mexico, Colombia is the 3rd market (after USA and MX) in the relevance of the brand sales worldwide and with an important growth ambition for the next years through a full portfolio range (from Tequila Don Julio Blanco to Tequila Don Julio 1942), we are looking for the marketeer that can lead this market growth focusing in thconsumer needs and creating irrational desire for the brand.
About the Role:

- Develop a Marketing Business Plan (MBP) for the assigned product to shape the market luxury leadership position
-
- Hold accountability for a range of marketing activities, localize and adapt global luxury growth drivers, or develop new local luxury growth drivers

- Create a culture-back brand plan for the assigned luxury portfolio, that can generate impact in key occasions

- Bring deep consumer understanding and cultural intelligence to the fore to build our brands in culture and make many consumers dream.

- Drive ATL and BTL comms strategy in building brand awareness in the top 10% of occasions and champion walkability through creative and groundbreaking ideas to ensure the brand is at the front of millennial culture

- Develop/Complete a captivating Brand World that is alluring to consumers, driving instant recognition of the brand and cueing luxury

- Deliver coordinated activation and creation of content through cultural partnerships, amplified through agile media

- Respond quickly to opportunities and challenges across markets and functions (supply, finance), taking advantage of a plethora of brand-building opportunities and resolving problems at pace

- Work closely with Culture, Consumer Planning, Advocacy, Customer Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop & evaluate the business environment shift and propose counter-action plans.

- Responsible for budget control and business targets to deliver brand growth for short and long-term
